Cancellation Policy
Poppin Notary Appointment Policy 1. Scheduling Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or online booking system. Customers should provide the type of document, number of signers, and any special requirements. 2. Appointment Confirmation: Confirmations will be sent via email or text message with date, time, and location details. A reminder will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 3. Arrival Time: Clients are requested to arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure a timely start. Late arrivals (beyond 15 minutes) may result in rescheduling. 4. Identification Requirements: Valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented by all signers. The ID must be current or issued within the last three years. 5. Document Preparation: Documents must be completed prior to notarization, except for signatures. The notary cannot assist in filling out the document or provide legal advice. 6. Fees and Payment: Standard notarization fees apply per signature or seal. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash at this time. 7. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee of up to the travel fee of $65 for mobile and $10 for in-store notary appointment. 8. Special Circumstances: Mobile notary services are available upon request and subject to additional fees. For document translation services or uncommon notarial acts, please contact us in advance. 9. Compliance: All notarizations will comply with the laws and regulations of the State of Washington. The notary reserves the right to decline service in cases of incomplete documents or suspicion of fraud. 10. Privacy and Confidentiality: Client information and document contents are kept confidential. Personal data is handled in compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
