Custom Standing Poster

For the best print results, please submit artwork designed at the full 80" × 33.5" size.

We recommend keeping all important content—including text, logos, QR codes, faces, and other essential design elements—at least 1 inch away from all sides of the poster. This helps prevent important content from being too close to the edges or affected during production.

Please submit a high-resolution, print-ready file. PDF is preferred. Low-resolution images, screenshots, or improperly sized files may appear blurry or pixelated when enlarged.

The 2-business-day turnaround begins after we have received your complete, print-ready file and approved it for production. Turnaround does not begin when the order is initially placed if the artwork is still missing, requires corrections, or is not ready to print.

We will review your file before production and contact you if we notice an obvious sizing or file-quality issue. However, customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork for spelling, grammar, dates, contact information, QR codes, image quality, and overall design before submission.

Once a file has been approved and sent to production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed poster. Poppin Notary Business Center is not responsible for design errors, low-resolution graphics, incorrect information, or content placed too close to the edges in customer-supplied artwork.
