Do you accept walk-in notarizations?
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours. If we’re assisting another client or out on a mobile appointment, there may be a short wait.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to guarantee availability, but not required for standard in-office notarizations. Appointments are required if you need us to provide witnesses.

Can multiple people walk in together?
Yes, as long as all signers are present with valid ID.

Do you offer mobile notary for walk-ins?
Mobile notary services are by appointment only.

What ID is required?

A valid, government-issued photo ID (current or issued within the last three years).

Do my documents need to be completed?

Yes. All documents must be fully completed except for the signature(s). We cannot help fill out forms or provide legal advice.

Do all signers need to be present?

Yes. Everyone whose signature is being notarized must appear in person with valid ID.

How long does a notary appointment take?
Most notarizations take 10-15 minutes, depending on the number of documents, pages, and signers.

Will you review my document?
No, we cannot review or explain document content. However, we do verify identity, willingness, and awareness of all signers and ensure the notarial certificate is complete.

What if my document is missing a page or information?
We may need to pause or decline service until the document is properly prepared and completed.

Do you provide witnesses?
We can provide witnesses, but you must call us beforehand and book an appointment to guarantee availability.

How much is a standard notary?
Our standard notary service is $20 per notarization (includes a $15 state notary fee plus a $5 administrative fee).

What about a Power of Attorney or trust documents?
All trust or estate documents are $35 per document (includes the notary stamp plus administrative and witness support).

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit, debit, or tap payments. We DO NOT accept cash.

Are mobile notary prices different?
Yes. Mobile notary services include travel fees and require full payment at booking.

What is your cancellation policy for in-office appointments?
We ask for at least 24 hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $10 fee.

Mobile appointments require a 24 hour notice. The travel fee is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

Are refunds offered?
Refunds are not provided once a notary service has been completed. Fees may still apply if service is declined due to invalid ID, incomplete documents, or signer inability.

Can you refuse service?
Yes. We may decline service to comply with Washington State law or if fraud, coercion, or incomplete documentation is suspected.
