When you choose a File Resizing & Print Setup or Graphic Design Add-On with Poppin Business Center, you agree to the following:

File Submission: Upload your source file(s) and/or design materials (logos, text, images, brand colors). You are responsible for providing accurate, licensed content.

File Resizing & Print Setup: Turnaround is 1 business day after materials are received.

Graphic Design Add-On: Turnaround is up to 5 business days after materials are received. Includes 2 rounds of revisions; extra revisions incur fees. A proof must be approved before printing begins.

Print Turnaround: Printing begins only after the final file is approved and confirmed print-ready.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by late file submission, incomplete materials, or customer response time.
