Print Terms & Conditions

By placing a print order with Poppin Business Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. File Submission
  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to upload your file(s).

  • Files must be provided in a print-ready format (PDF preferred, correct size, with bleed if required, 300 DPI resolution).

  • All designs must be submitted in CMYK color mode, not RGB. Files provided in RGB may print with unexpected color shifts.

  • Poppin Business Center will check that your file/design is the correct size for printing. If adjustments are required, we will contact you before proceeding.

  • Poppin Business Center is not responsible for content or design errors in customer-provided files, including spelling, grammar, low resolution, or layout issues.

  • Design services are available for an additional fee if you need help preparing your file.

2. Turnaround Time
  • Custom Printing (signs, banners, flyers, business cards, etc.)

    • Printing turnaround will not begin until we receive your file and confirm it is print-ready.

    • Standard turnaround is 3 business days: 1 business day for file review/confirmation, plus 2 business days for printing and/or shipping preparation.

    • Orders placed Monday–Wednesday may be ready the same week; orders placed Thursday–Friday may be completed the following week.

    • Rush services are available for an additional fee.

  • Basic Document & Shipping Label Printing

    • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday) can be picked up the same day during business hours.

    • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be ready the following business day.

    • Rush services outside of standard turnaround may be available for an additional fee.

  • Poppin Business Center is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Payment
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Prices are subject to change but will be honored once an order is confirmed and paid.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
  • All print sales are final.

  • Cancellations are only allowed before production begins. Once a file has been confirmed as print-ready and sent into production, no cancellations or refunds are possible.

  • Refunds will not be issued for customer-provided errors (e.g., typos, wrong file, incorrect sizing, low-resolution images, or incorrect color mode).

  • If Poppin Business Center makes a production error, a reprint will be provided at no additional cost.

5. Color & Print Quality
  • Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to variations in monitors, printers, and materials.

  • Slight color variations are considered acceptable within industry standards.

  • Files provided in RGB color mode may not accurately convert to CMYK; customers are responsible for ensuring their files are CMYK before upload.

6. Pickup & Delivery
  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of completion. Poppin Business Center is not responsible for damage or loss of products not claimed within this timeframe.

  • Shipping is available for an additional fee. Once items are with a carrier, Poppin Business Center is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages.

7. Liability
  • Poppin Business Center’s liability is limited to the cost of the print order.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or missed deadlines resulting from errors or delays.

​Add-On Service Terms & Conditions

By choosing a File Resizing & Print Setup Add-On or Graphic Design Add-On service with Poppin Business Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. File Submission & Design Materials
  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to upload your source file(s) and/or design materials (logos, images, text, brand colors, etc.).

  • Poppin Business Center will use the materials you provide to prepare your file for printing or create a new design, depending on the service selected.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted text, images, and information are accurate, complete, and legally owned or licensed.

  • Poppin Business Center is not responsible for errors in customer-provided content, including spelling, grammar, low resolution, formatting, or copyright issues.

2. Proofs & Revisions (Graphic Design Add-On Only)
  • A digital proof will be provided for approval before printing.

  • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs. Approval of a proof confirms acceptance of design, layout, and content.

  • Two (2) rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions will incur extra fees.

  • Once a proof is approved, no further changes can be made.

3. Turnaround Time
  • File Resizing & Print Setup Add-On: Standard turnaround is within 1 business day after all materials are received.

  • Graphic Design Add-On: Standard turnaround is up to 5 business days after all materials are received.

  • Print turnaround begins only after the file is finalized and approved for printing.

  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

  • Poppin Business Center is not responsible for delays caused by late file submission, incomplete materials, or customer response time.
