To ensure the best print quality, please follow these guidelines before uploading your artwork:

Format: PNG only

Background: Transparent (no solid color backgrounds)

Resolution: 300 DPI (minimum 150 DPI, but 300 DPI recommended)

📏 Size & Layout

Width: Must be exactly 22" wide

Length: Match the sheet length you are purchasing (e.g., 30", 60", 120")

Multiple Designs: You may include more than one design, but all must be placed in one single PNG file

Spacing: Leave at least 0.25" between designs to allow for easy cutting

Poppin Notary will not adjust, resize, or edit your designs. Files must be print-ready.

Any file that does not meet the requirements may cause delays in production.

Low-resolution or improperly sized files may result in blurry or pixelated prints.
Pro Tip: Use design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva (set to 22" wide at 300 DPI) to lay out your designs on your gang sheet.

When you place a print order with Poppin Business Center, you agree to the following:

File Submission: Upload your file(s) after purchase. Files must be print-ready (PDF preferred, correct size, with bleed, 300 DPI, CMYK). We’ll review sizing before production.

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 3 business days (1 day for file review, 2 days for printing/shipping). Turnaround does not begin until your file is received and confirmed print-ready. Rush service is available for an additional fee.

Payment: Full payment is required when ordering.

Refunds & Cancellations: All sales are final. No refunds for customer file errors. Cancellations are only possible before production begins.

Color & Print Quality: Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed; files must be submitted in CMYK to avoid unexpected color shifts.

Pickup & Delivery: Orders must be picked up within 14 days. Shipping available at an additional cost; we’re not responsible for carrier delays or damages.
