File Submission: Upload your file(s) after purchase. Files must be print-ready (PDF preferred, correct size, with bleed, 300 DPI, CMYK). We’ll review sizing before production.

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 3 business days (1 day for file review, 2 days for printing/shipping). Turnaround does not begin until your file is received and confirmed print-ready. Rush service is available for an additional fee.

Payment: Full payment is required when ordering.

Refunds & Cancellations: All sales are final. No refunds for customer file errors. Cancellations are only possible before production begins.

Color & Print Quality: Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed; files must be submitted in CMYK to avoid unexpected color shifts.
