• Standard turnaround is 3 business days: 1 business day for file review/confirmation, plus 2 business days for printing and/or shipping preparation.

• Orders placed Monday–Wednesday may be ready the same week; orders placed Thursday–Friday may be completed the following week.

• Rush services are available for an additional fee.

File Requirements: Please upload your design as a PDF. If your file needs to be resized or edited, we’ll need the source file (such as .ai, .psd, .indd, or a Canva link) to make adjustments.

After purchasing, you will receive an email with a link to upload your design.

When you place a print order with Poppin Business Center, you agree to the following:

• File Submission: Upload your file(s) after purchase. Files must be print-ready (PDF preferred, correct size, with bleed, 300 DPI, CMYK). We’ll review sizing before production.

• Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 3 business days (1 day for file review, 2 days for printing/shipping). Turnaround does not begin until your file is received and confirmed print-ready. Rush service is available for an additional fee.

• Payment: Full payment is required when ordering.

• Refunds & Cancellations: All sales are final. No refunds for customer file errors. Cancellations are only possible before production begins.

• Color & Print Quality: Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed; files must be submitted in CMYK to avoid unexpected color shifts.

• Pickup & Delivery: Orders must be picked up within 14 days. Shipping available at an additional cost; we’re not responsible for carrier delays or damages.
