Service Description
Poppin Notary offers mobile Power of Attorney (POA) and trust-related (Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, etc.) notarization services for your convenience. We travel to your location to your location. Service Details: - $100 for the initial document. - $35 for each additional document notarized during the appointment. - Includes travel to your location within the service area. - All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. - Documents must be completed prior to the appointment, as the notary cannot assist with document preparation. - Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Poppin Notary – Mobile Notary Appointment Policy Scheduling Appointments: - Mobile notary appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or online booking system. - Customers must provide the type of document, number of signers, and any special requirements. - Full payment is required at the time of booking. Appointment Confirmation: - Confirmations will be sent via email or text with date, time, and location details. - A reminder will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Arrival Time & Accessibility: - The notary will arrive at the scheduled time and wait up to 15 minutes for the signer(s). - If the signer is unavailable or unprepared, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the $65 travel fee will not be refunded. Identification Requirements: - All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (current or issued within the last three years). - If a signer does not have a valid ID or is deemed unable to sign (e.g., lacks awareness or willingness), the $65 travel fee is non-refundable. Document Preparation & Upload: - Documents must be completed before notarization, except for signatures. - The notary cannot assist in filling out the document or provide legal advice. - Clients may upload their documents for printing at least 48 hours in advance via our website: www.poppinnotary.com/upload-print-file. Fees & Payment: - Full payment is due at the time of booking. - This includes the $65 non-refundable travel fee plus notarization fees per signature/seal. - We accept credit/debit cards only—no cash payments. Cancellation & Rescheduling: - 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. - No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to provide a valid ID will result in forfeiture of the $65 travel fee. Compliance & Notary Rights: - All notarizations comply with Washington State laws. - The notary reserves the right to decline service if documents are incomplete, if fraud is suspected, or if the signer cannot provide valid ID or demonstrate willingness/awareness to sign. Privacy & Confidentiality: - Client information and document contents remain confidential and are handled per privacy laws.
