Poppin Business Center staff will not alter, edit, or remove pages from your documents.

File Delivery

Digital copies will be provided via email supplied by the customer.

Poppin Business Center is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or non-functional email addresses.

File Quality

Scans are produced at standard resolution suitable for most digital use.

While we strive for high-quality results, the final digital copy depends on the condition and legibility of the original document.

Confidentiality

All documents are handled with care and discretion.

We do not store customer documents after scanning is complete.

Liability

Poppin Business Center is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized use of digital files once delivered.

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of their scanned files before leaving the store.

Notarized Documents

If requesting a scan of a notarized document, the digital copy is for personal recordkeeping only and does not replace the original notarized document.
