By using our document printing service, you agree to the following:

• File Submission

  • Customers are responsible for providing the final version of their file(s) in print-ready format (PDF recommended).

  • Poppin Business Center is not responsible for errors in customer-provided files, including spelling, formatting, or design issues.

• File Review

  • Our staff will review files for sizing and compatibility with our printing system.

  • If adjustments are required to make your file printable, additional setup fees may apply.

• Color & Print Quality

  • All files should be submitted in CMYK format. Files in RGB may appear different when printed.

  • Print quality is dependent on the quality of the file provided. Low-resolution files may produce blurry or pixelated prints.

• Proofs

  • Proofs are not provided unless specifically purchased as an add-on service.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing their file before submission to ensure accuracy.

• Confidentiality

  • All customer files are handled securely and are not shared or stored beyond the completion of the printing order.

• Liability

  • Poppin Business Center is not responsible for reprints due to customer errors in submitted files.

  • Once printing is complete, all sales are final.
