When you place a document or shipping label print order with Poppin Business Center, you agree to the following:
File Submission: Upload your file(s) after purchase. Files must be clear, correct, and in a printable format (PDF preferred).
Turnaround Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) can be picked up same day during business hours. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be ready the next business day.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order.
Refunds & Cancellations: All sales are final once printing begins. Please double-check your file before submitting.
Pickup & Delivery: Orders must be picked up within 14 days. Shipping is available for an additional fee; Poppin Business Center is not responsible for carrier delays or damages.
