Cancellation Policy

Mobile Notary Appointment & Booking Policy Scheduling & Payment Mobile notary appointments must be scheduled in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking, including the travel fee and notary service fee. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Non-Refundable Travel Fee All mobile appointments include a non-refundable travel fee, which is determined by the county where the notarization appointment will take place (meeting location). Travel Fees by County: - Pierce County: $75 - King County: $85 - Kitsap County: $85 - Mason County: $105 - Snohomish County: $110 - Thurston County: $75 Travel fees are non-refundable once the appointment is booked, regardless of completion, cancellation, or refusal of service. The initial mobile notary booking includes: - Travel to the agreed meeting location - Notarization of one (1) document Additional Documents Each additional document must be selected and paid for at the time of booking under Service Add-Ons. - Additional documents are $35 per document County Selection Requirement Clients must select the county based on the physical location where the notarization will occur. Selecting an incorrect county may result in appointment delays, additional fees, or rescheduling. Identification Requirements All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID that is current or issued within the last three years. If acceptable ID is not provided, service will be declined, and the travel fee remains non-refundable. Document Readiness Documents must be fully completed prior to the appointment. We cannot assist with filling out documents or provide legal advice. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if documents are incomplete, identification is invalid, the signer appears unable or unwilling to sign knowingly, or if fraud is suspected. In these cases, the travel fee remains non-refundable. Compliance All mobile notary services are performed in accordance with Washington State notary laws, and client information is kept confidential.
