Service Description

Poppin Notary provides a seamless and professional Real Estate Signing Service for buyers, sellers, and industry professionals. Our flat-rate service ensures a hassle-free closing experience with notarization and electronic document scanning included. Service Includes: ✔️ Notarization of Real Estate Documents – Deeds, Loan Packages, Closing Disclosures, and more. ✔️ All Notary Stamps Included – No extra per-stamp fees. ✔️ Electronic Scanning & Delivery – Secure digital copies sent promptly to your email or designated recipient. ✔️ Flexible Appointments – Available in-store or as a mobile service (travel fees may apply). ⚠️ Important Guidelines: - All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. - Documents must be fully completed before notarization (notary cannot assist with filling out forms).


Cancellation Policy

Scheduling Mobile Appointments: - Mobile notary appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or online booking system. - Customers must provide the type of document, number of signers, and any special requirements. - Full payment is required at the time of booking. Appointment Confirmation: - Confirmations will be sent via email or text with date, time, and location details. - A reminder will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Arrival Time & Accessibility: - The notary will arrive at the scheduled time and wait up to 15 minutes for the signer(s). - If the signer is unavailable or unprepared, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the $65 travel fee will not be refunded. Identification Requirements: - All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (current or issued within the last three years). - If a signer does not have a valid ID or is deemed unable to sign (e.g., lacks awareness or willingness), the $65 travel fee is non-refundable. Document Preparation & Upload: - Documents must be completed before notarization, except for signatures. - The notary cannot assist in filling out the document or provide legal advice. - Clients may upload their documents for printing at least 48 hours in advance via our website: www.poppinnotary.com/upload-print-file. Fees & Payment: - Full payment is due at the time of booking. - This includes the $65 non-refundable travel fee plus notarization fees per signature/seal. - We accept credit/debit cards only—no cash payments. *If you wish for the notary to ship your documents after the appointment, there is an additional $15 Document Retrieval Fee. Refunds and Rescheduling Policy: If you are unable to attend your appointment or if the notary is unable to complete the notarization due to incomplete documents, missing valid ID, or any other disqualifying factors, you have 30 days from the original appointment date to either request a refund or apply your payment toward a rescheduled appointment (excluding the $65 travel fee, which is non-refundable). Compliance & Notary Rights: - All notarizations comply with Washington State laws. - The notary reserves the right to decline service if documents are incomplete, if fraud is suspected, or if the signer cannot provide valid ID or demonstrate willingness/awareness to sign. Privacy & Confidentiality: - Client information and document contents remain confidential and are handled per privacy laws.
